1. What is the H2N Elite Nanny Training Program?
The H2N Elite Nanny Training Program is a comprehensive two-day course designed to elevate the skills of househelps and nannies. Our curriculum covers essential childcare topics, including child development, safety protocols, nutrition, sleep and newborn care, homework assistance, and manners and etiquette. Upon completion, participants will be equipped to provide professional and high-standard childcare services.
2. Who is eligible to enroll in the training?
The program is open to all individuals currently working as househelps or nannies, as well as those aspiring to enter the childcare profession. No prior formal training is required; however, a genuine interest in childcare and a commitment to professional development are essential.
3. How can I register for the training?
To register, please complete the registration form available on our website. After submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation email and later receive additional details about the training schedule and venue.
4. What are the dates and times for the upcoming training sessions?
Our next training session is scheduled for Tuesday 15th – Wednesday 16th April 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
5. Where will the training take place?
The training will be held at a prestigious hotel in Lagos, Nigeria. Exact details will be provided closer to the training date to registered participants.
6. What is the cost of the training, and are there any discounts available?
The standard fee for the two-day training program is £160. We offer a 15% early bird discount (£136) for participants who register and complete payment by Sunday, 16th March 2025.
7. What should participants bring to the training?
Participants are encouraged to bring a notebook, pen, and any personal items they may need throughout the day. All necessary training materials will be provided. We recommend wearing comfortable attire suitable for interactive activities.
8. Will meals be provided during the training?
Yes, light refreshments and lunch will be provided on both days of the training. If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please indicate them on the registration form so we can accommodate your needs.
9. Is there a certification upon completion of the program?
Upon successful completion of the training, participants will receive a certificate recognising their achievement and commitment to professional childcare standards.
10. What is the cancellation or refund policy?
• Full refunds are available for cancellations made 21 days or more before the course start date (by Monday, 24th March 2025).
• Cancellations made within 8-20 days of the course (from Monday, 25th March to Monday, 7th April 2025) will incur a 50% cancellation fee (£80).
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made 7 days or less before the course start date (from Tuesday, 8th April 2025 onward).
11. How can employers support their nannies in attending this training?
Employers can support their nannies by providing time off to attend the training and considering covering the cost as an investment in their household’s childcare quality. Discussing the benefits of the program and how it will enhance the nanny’s skills can also encourage participation.
